By beginning from our own physical reality in each moment, using our senses and trusting our body’s intuition, we can enjoy playful and physical dances. The classes will combine solo, pair and group movement explorations, focusing on following our individual pathways through improvisations. Explorations of technique will include spiralling, falling and opening/drawing in.
