When? w/c 29 July, Monday - Thursday, 9.30am - 11am
Where? Northern School of Contemporary Dance
NB. Thursday’s class will be at The Dance Studio Leeds
The focus of these classes is the instinctive movement repertory of the body. We research capabilities of the body and mind to move in a non-regimented space and get rid of physical and psychological automatisms and judgements. With awareness we loosen up the spine and the neck and strengthen the deep muscles. After we´ve found the permeability of the body, the exercises get physical and energetic.
